LBB VENTURES, LLC provides an A2P messaging service that allows users to send application-generated messages to individuals via various communication channels. The Service may include, but is not limited to, SMS, email, and push notifications.
3. User Registration
To use the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service and any consequences arising from such messages.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
a. Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
b. Transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
c. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
6. Fees and Payments
If applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. LBB VENTURES, LLC reserves the right to change its fees at any time, with notice provided to users.
7. Termination of Service
LBB VENTURES, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
OPT IN CONSENT: By submitting your phone number, you are authorizing to send you text messages and notifications. Message/data rates apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe to a message sent from us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service are the property of LBB VENTURES, LLC You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
LBB VENTURES, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the State of Oklahoma.
12. Changes to Terms
LBB VENTURES, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes. By using the LBB VENTURES, LLC A2P service, you agree to these Terms and any future modifications.
